It has saturation of first-pass metabolism, and food can increase its absorption. After absorption, it is rapidly distributed and accumulated in the lipid bilayer of the cell membrane, and its protein binding rate is higher than 98%.Lercanidipine hydrochloride is mainly metabolized by CYP3A4, with extensive first-pass metabolism and no active metabolites. 50% is excreted in feces and 44% is excreted in urine
